Job descriptionU.S. Citizenship required Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field 2 years of experience as an Application Developer or similar role Strong working knowledge of C# and .NET General familiarity with Windows Server environments Solid understanding of business processes in operations, finance, or manufacturing Experience working with ERP systems, ideally Infor CloudSuite Industrial / SyteLine Ability to gather requirements, map processes, and create clear documentation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Comfortable explaining technical concepts to non-technical teams Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and collaboratively 3–5 years in application development or ERP implementation / support Advanced experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation Experience in manufacturing or aerospace environments Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools Knowledge of ITIL or other service management frameworks Experience with system integrations, APIs, or middleware Certifications such as CBAP or ERP-related credentials The chance to work on systems that directly impact operations Exposure to enterprise-level projects and continuous improvement initiatives Opportunity to grow technically and professionally within a collaborative team A stable, growing organization with a strong focus on innovation and process excellence

What you'll do
- Analyze, design, and implement improvements to business systems and processes
- Partner with stakeholders across operations, finance, and manufacturing to document requirements
- Translate business needs into clear functional system requirements
- Configure, test, and deploy ERP enhancements, upgrades, and new modules
- Lead user acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business expectations
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to end users
- Support data migration, reporting, and dashboard development using SQL, SSRS, or Power BI
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to guide system and process decisions
- Provide technical support for ERP issues, reports, and related applications
- May lead small project teams or workstreams
