Job descriptionDevelop and maintain efficient, reusable, and scalable Ruby on Rails applications Integrate front-end components with server-side logic and APIs Handle performance tuning, background job scheduling, and database optimization Participate in solution architecture and contribute to technical decision-making Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to manage and deliver project goals independently Ensure application quality through best coding practices and automation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Capable of working independently and owning project outcomes Good leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Ruby on Rails Developer responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development experience along with hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms, job processing tools, and modern development practices.
Technical Skills :
- Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails and Rails Framework
- Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL , MySQL , Oracle , Redis , and ElasticSearch
- Proficient in AWS Lambda , Docker , Kamal , Linux , and job processing tools like Sidekiq Pro and GoodJob
- Familiarity with Vue.js , Node.js , HTML , and CSS
- Comfortable with scripting and basic troubleshooting across platforms
