We are looking for a Benefits and HRIS Specialist to join our team in Boston, Massachusetts. This Contract-to-permanent position offers an opportunity to contribute to the effective management of employee benefits and HRIS systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in benefits coordination and analysis, ensuring compliance and delivering exceptional support to employees.
Responsibilities :
Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Coordinate and oversee processes related to FMLA and other leave policies.
Conduct detailed benefits analysis to ensure accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
Provide guidance to employees on benefits options and assist with enrollment.
Collaborate with HR teams to maintain and update HRIS systems.
Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in all benefits-related matters.
Prepare reports on benefits utilization and trends for management review.
Address employee inquiries regarding benefits and resolve issues promptly.
Assist in the implementation of new benefits programs and enhancements.
Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits.
Requirements :
Proven experience in benefits administration and HRIS management.
Strong knowledge of FMLA regulations and other leave policies.
Proficiency in benefits analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with compensation and benefits coordination processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
