Join Our Team as a Senior Case Manager!

Our busy Professional Fiduciary and Case Management company is looking for a Senior Case Manager to join our dedicated team. We provide support to individuals who need health and / or financial management, including :

• Seniors
• People with special needs
• Adults with serious mental illness (SMI)
• Veterans
• Children and adults recovering from significant medical or accident injuries
• Others who need assistance managing their resources

What You’ll Do

As a Senior Case Manager, you’ll work closely with our principal fiduciary, office administration, finance staff, medical professionals, and community resources to make a real difference. Your responsibilities will include :

This role combines fieldwork and office work , so flexibility and strong organizational skills are key.

What We’re Looking For

After 12 months, you’ll take the licensing exam to become a Licensed Fiduciary —we’ll provide training and study materials.
