Key Responsibilities
Manage logistics and staffing for tours across 50+ cities
Train and onboard tour guides to ensure preparedness and success
Monitor and optimize tour schedules to maximize guest opportunities
Required Qualifications
Background in hospitality or logistics
Experience managing operations across multiple time zones
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
Proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic environment
Must reside in the U.S. and be fluent in English
