Three 12-hour shifts 8pm-8am; Every third weekend

$5,000.00 Sign on Bonus to Qualified Applicants!

Performs clinical tests and procedures in one or more functional sections of the laboratory. Maintains records of performance as defined by the Laboratory's administrative and sectional standard operating procedures. Performs and records QC on Equipment as trained. Be aware of and follow CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, and DNV guidelines and standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions / Responsibilities :

a. Practices FOCUS Values and principles with all customers

b. Communicates hand-off details to coworkers at shift change

c. Maintains composure and professionalism involving conflicts with internal and

external customers.

a. Organizes and adapts to changes in workflow due to instrumentation or computer downtimes

b. Provides solutions and technical support to aid in delivery of patient care
