Location : Between Providence and Boston

Hybrid Schedule : Mix of office, work-from-home, and project site\n

  • Leading key projects from start to finish

\n

  • Monthly cost to complete / project financial projections

    • \n

  • Overseeing all submittals, RFIs, and change orders

    • \n

  • Leading key projects from start to finish

    • \n

  • Completing projects on time and within / under budget

    • \n

  • Processing / approving project invoices & client requisitions on time

    • \n

  • Positive client feedback / satisfaction

    • \n

  • Effectively collaborating & communicating with internal / external parties

    • \n \n

    The ideal Project Manager will have : \n

    \n

  • 7-10 years of project management experience at a General Contractor

    • \n

  • Previous experience handling project financials

    • \n

  • Federal / Government project experience

    • \n

  • Strong & polished written and verbal communication skills

    • \n \n

    Specializing in both Public & Private projects in RI & Boston - including Higher Education, Healthcare, Fitness, Banking, Corporate, Civic, Aviation, Historic preservation, Affordable Housing, and MBTA projects - $3M-$40M

    \n

    Upon offer, the Project Manager will receive : \n
