Job Types : Full-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p & Part-time 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a & PRN

Available Shifts : All shifts available

Pay : Starting from $18.50 increases with experience

Shift Differential : $3.00 / hour 2nd shift and $1.50 / hour 3rd shift

Responsibilities

• Providing high-quality care and safety to elders
• Presenting elders with choices and decision-making opportunities
• Engaging in interesting and meaningful activities with elders
• Assisting the elders in getting up and going to bed when they want
• Planning and cooking their favorite foods and eating a meal with them
• Laundry and light housekeeping tasks

Qualifications

• Education : High School diploma or equivalent
• Certification : Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA / STNA certification required in the State of Ohio. Applicants must pass the state test and be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry. However, see below for our offer of on-the-job assistance in getting this certification!
• Experience : Good documentation, communication and interpersonal skills; must be able to use proper lift technique and lift equipment to move, lift and transfer residents
