Title Clearance Coordinator

A company is looking for a Title Clearance Coordinator, Curative.

Key Responsibilities

Review and manage daily progress reports related to curative pipelines and SLA reports

Collaborate with Title Commitment Coordinators to ensure title commitments are cleared

Act as a liaison for borrowers, addressing their questions and concerns throughout the process

Required Qualifications

High-school diploma or equivalent

1-5 years of experience in the real estate or mortgage industry

Working knowledge of real estate titles, deed preparation, and closings

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
