At Monte Nido RainRock and the Eating Disorder Center of Eugene, we are dedicated to helping adults recover from eating disorders, including Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction. We offer a compassionate program that combines evidence-based care with a commitment to whole-person healing.
We are currently looking for a full-time Mental Health Therapist to join our dynamic multidisciplinary team. This is your chance to make a significant impact in a nurturing environment that prioritizes compassion, connection, and clinical excellence.
Your Schedule
- Work five 8-hour shifts per week.
- Enjoy two consecutive days off, with options for Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday .

Provide individual, group, and family therapy following personalized treatment plans.Act as a liaison with families and outpatient providers to ensure seamless care.Communicate with insurance providers for pre-certification and utilization review .Collaborate on discharge and aftercare planning to support client transitions.Offer therapeutic meal support while promoting a mindful approach to eating.Deliver safe, empathetic, and affirming care tailored to each client's unique experiences.Why Choose Us?
