The work of this team directly impacts user confidence, financial health, and overall platform integritymaking it a critical part of our growth. Our Trust & Safety & Fraud teams are the first line of defense for our users, often serving as the first point of contact when someone experiences sensitive or potentially harmful issues on the platform. This team handles a wide range of cases, from content-related issues such as racism, harassment, nudity, or violent language, to commerce-related concerns including fraud, chargebacks, account takeovers, and payment disputes.

What We're Looking For

• Eager to launch a career in a fast-paced, innovative environment
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Bachelor's degree or college experience preferred
• Interest in fraud operations, trust & safety, customer service, or fulfillment
• Strong customer-first mentality and proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience with social media, marketplace platforms, parcel delivery, or payment processors
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom
• Interest in ecommerce and marketplace operations
