Non-Invasive Cardiologist- UPMC HVI Pittsburgh, PA- Competitive Salary-Sign On Bonus

The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) Heart and Vascular Institute is currently seeking a qualified Non-Invasive General Cardiologist to join our faculty.

This position requires excellence in clinical cardiology with opportunities to work and collaborate in an established and expanding practice with growth opportunities. The growing practice serves UPMC East and UPMC McKeesport with an additional outpatient practice in the beautiful suburb of Latrobe, PA. The practice is supported by a team of physicians and advanced practice providers for collaboration and quality cardiovascular care.

Candidates should be focused on providing high quality patient care with interest in building a robust clinical practice in diverse hospital and community settings.

Job duties include :

Community based general cardiology coverage in both the inpatient and outpatient setting in the greater Pittsburgh region, including cardiology consultative services, critical care services, ECG analysis, interpretation of transthoracic echocardiograms and performance and interpretation of transesophageal echocardiograms and cardiac nuclear studies. These duties will be performed in rotation with other cardiologists within the practice. After-hours and weekend cardiology coverage will be shared among the group.
