Project Analyst

Job Description

ECS is seeking a Project Analyst to work in our Fairfax, VA office supporting Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects that drive innovation. This position assists with customer engagements including technical discussions and project monitoring and control. The Project Analyst reports directly to the Project Manager and provides programmatic and technological support on current and planned daily activities. This is a hybrid position, with the expectation for on‑site work (Fairfax, VA and / or Springfield, VA) at least 3 days a week.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Orchestrating meetings and capturing meeting minutes.
• Organizing project kickoff and Technical Exchange Meetings.
• Facilitating customer / partner engagements to recognize requirements.
• Assisting with resolving blockers and aligning cross‑functional teams around project goals and technical requirements.
