Pay: $21-$25 per hour (Depending on years of Experience)

$600 Sign On Bonus (Paid 90 days after start date, must be in good standing with no performance or attendance issues)

Sign On bonus only for offers extended between 02/18/2026 to 03/31/2026

*Rehires Not Eligible for Sign On bonus

Available Shifts:

• AM (7a-3p)

• PM (3p-11p)

• NOC (11p-7a)

$3 additional for working any weekend schedule with any shift

$2 additional for working NOC Shift

What you will do:

Work under the supervision of the Charge Nurse to provide assistance with daily living for our residents according to policies and procedures established by Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) and assist with taking and recording resident vital signs. As our CNA, you will collaborate with your team and assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents and their families. You will be responsible to treat everyone with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity.

Must haves:

CNA certification in state with a successful completion of a CNA program

High school diploma or equivalent

Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

Would be great:

Nursing Assistant experience or direct care to multiple residents

Behavioral care experience

Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment

Schedule:

8 hour shifts on a STRICT 4 – 2 Rotation

AM – 7am – 3:30pm

PM – 3pm – 11:30pm

NOC – 11pm – 7:30am
