We are seeking a dedicated and experienced  Unit Manager  to lead a dynamic unit within our Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical operations, coordinate staff, and ensure high-quality care in collaboration with our exceptional clinical team. Responsibilities include supervising nursing staff, managing care plans, supporting regulatory compliance, and fostering a supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications : RN license preferred

Leadership experience in long-term care or SNF preferred

Strong clinical and communication skills
