Associate Attorney

Highly respected employment firm seeking new attorney to handle cases on behalf of individual employees re : claims for discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination as well as wage and hour class / PAGA actions. The person for this position must have good organization skills to be able to manage a heavy case load and work well within a team environment. Core tasks for the position will entail, client outreach, drafting complaints, drafting settlement demand letters, negotiating with defendants / defense attorneys, drafting discovery, taking depositions, defending depositions, & drafting settlement documents.

The position starts at a base salary of $125,000, 7% of all fees received on assigned cases, full medical and dental benefits, retirement plan with company contribution.
