SERVPRO of Belmont/San Carlos, San Leandro is currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator in our San Leandro location.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitoring job file status in real time
• Daily/Hourly Allocation of Company Resources such as, Personnel, Vehicles, and equipment, to keep projects moving until completion
• Maintaining internal and external communications
• Daily Communication with Team Members and Customers

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Prior logistical experience
• Ability to multi-task.
• 2+ years of administrative or office related experience
• Restoration service industry experience a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain a courteous and professional tone of voice at all times.
• Ability to actively listen, respectfully question, show empathy, and resolve conflict, all while maintaining a teamwork attitude
• Self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to learn new and proprietary software.
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.

HOURS
40 Hours/week. Hours between 7:00am to 7:00pm.
Flexible to work overtime when required.

PAY RATE
Competitive pay based on experience.
