Must be comfortable working independently as you will be the only pediatrician in this clinic. Opportunity Highlights Outpatient only setting with no after-hours call Enjoy a Monday through Friday 9 am - 5 pm schedule Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Recruitment Package Independent Contractor position, offering a 2-year salary guarantee. After 2 years, production model will exceed salary guarantee. Practice will assist in completing and submitting malpractice insurance application, up to $7,500 per year. Practice will assist with experienced broker to explain available health insurance options. Personal Time Off : 3 weeks off every 12 months. New graduates also receive 5 study days prior to sitting for their board exam.
