Role : IT Support Tier I
Location : Austin, Texas
Contract : 6 month contract with likely extension
Office : 5 days onsite
Rate : $20.31 / hour
NOT Open to C2C or sponsorship
Must possess excellent technical aptitude, written and oral communications skills and the ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations. Additionally, must possess strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability. Previous experience exercising initiative, judgment, and diplomacy required. Proven ability to operate in fast-paced situations, successfully handle multiple priorities, and possess a prominent level of discipline while remaining flexible. Must possess excellent people skills dealing with all levels of a team environment. Must have a drive to constantly improve and have a desire for individual accountability and ownership
2- 3 yrs. experience using and supporting :
Willingness to work flexible shifts and scheduling including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call.
