12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week. 8-bed critical care unit with 1 : 2–3 ratios caring for respiratory failure, post-surgical, trauma, and cardiac patients.

Requirements :

1+ year ICU experience

Active IL license (or in process)

BLS and ACLS required

Experience with vents, trachs, PEG care, central lines, and titrating critical drips (e.g., Levophed, Propofol, Fentanyl)

Details :

Every other weekend and holiday rotation

12-hour orientation

EPIC charting

Float to Med-Surg as needed

Any color scrubs; OSF-approved attire only
