What You Can Expect

First Class Compensation

What We Expect From You

Min 1 year of Quick Service Hospitality experience (high volume food service concepts preferred)

Flexibility to work 50 hours per week, rotating shifts, incl weekends and holidays

Consent to background screening, incl criminal, driving and drug screening

HS Diploma or equiv & possess all documents required by state and federal law

Demonstrated ability to effectively lead your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Excellent problem solving and decision making skills, results oriented and customer service focused

About This Location

The Vestco franchise began in Lexington, Tennessee. Dennis and Blaine Sumler's franchise started with their hometown Wendy's and soon began expanding across West and Middle Tennessee purchasing Wendy's restaurants and building new stores. With a strong focus on the values set in place by founder Dave Thomas, Vestco has grown exponentially and looks to continue growing across Tennessee.
