Responsibilities

• Optimize the Customer Experience and build lasting realtionships within the Community
• Perform department opening and closing procedures, maintain overall cleanliness and organization of the Retail Store
• Assist with merchandising product as well as shipping purchases, receiving, pricing, stocking retail merchandise, and routine inventory checks
• Maximize sales opportunities, answer questions and offer suggestions based on available merchandise and services
• Become an expert in baseball, softball, hockey, goalie and lacrosee
• Staying up to date on current sports trends and news

Work Environment

Working conditions are generally indoors except for special events. May be required to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally. Required to stand and walk majority of the shift.
