Introducing an exciting opportunity to join Hartford HealthCare s highly respected, innovative, and supportive primary care team in Connecticut, where patient-centered care is prioritized within a collaborative work environment enhanced by Ambient AI technology that streamlines documentation and supports clinical excellence.

Primary Care Position Details :

Role : Primary Care Physician (18+)

Location : Southington, CT
Setting : 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only
Teaching : Optional with faculty appointment
Phone Call Only : averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight 2 months
Other compensation : Uncapped incentive bonus, Loan repayment support, Sign-on bonus, Relocation stipend
