\nEvaluates, selects, performs and / or directs assistance in educational, vocational and recreational activities designed to restore maximum function to physically and / or mentally disabled patients, upon physician’s referral. \n\nWorks with family and health team members regarding patient’s abilities and goals\n\n \n\nEducation :

\nBachelor of Science or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association\n\n  \n\nLicense : \n\nMust have necessary requisites for licensure as a Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board of Health. Current CPR certification required\n\n  \n\nCertifications :

\nBLS / CPR Certification.
