Job descriptionHandle inbound leads (phone, Internet) and direct to appropriate contact Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty Develop pipeline of sales and business opportunity (partnerships, etc.) leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals Work with sales department to develop sales strategies and techniques Research and stay current in consumer and industry trends Communicate industry news and trends to management and dealership employees Outstanding Customer Service Business Development Center (BDC) experience is preferred Superior communication and customer service skills Excellent follow-through skills Solid working knowledge of the Internet Familiarity with automotive financing Maintaining a positive, can-do attitude High School Diploma or equivalent All applicants must pass pre-employment testing to include : background checks, MVR, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment

The pay for this position is $21.60 - $36.00 / hr. based on experience.
