Job Title : Curling Instructors Department : Baptist Health Iceplex - Guest Services Reports To : Guest Experience Manager FLSA : Non-Exempt Employment Type : Part-Time Location : Baptist Health Iceplex

Job Summary : Curling Instructors execute and teach curling events under the direction of the Guest Experience Manager and the Lead Curling Instructor, with a goal of providing the best possible customer service experience for all participants and other team members.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

• Prepares ice for curling events including pebbling, cleaning and nipping the ice.
• Assists with set up and breakdown of curling events, ensuring all equipment is put in proper placements on and off the ice.
• Teaches basic knowledge of rules, safety, etiquette, and game play.
• Provide stellar customer service to guests on and off ice, with a goal to create a fun-filled atmosphere.
• Assists in the completion and submission of incident reports as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Position Type / Expected Hours Of Work : This is a non-exempt part-time position. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays
