Supervisory Program Analyst
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Military Sealift Command (MSC), Directorate Ship Management (DSM), and Directorate Ship Management Business Support Group (DSMB) of Military Sealift Command. Responsibilities include assigning work to subordinates based on employee's capabilities, priorities, and difficulty. You will prepare and facilitate classified and unclassified operational briefings to all levels of staff including SES and Flag officers. You will communicate with pertinent representatives and assist in resolving problems concerning ship reporting requirements and necessary corrective actions. You will perform a wide range of analytical and administrative duties in connection with conducting, coordinating, and directing reviews or special assessments of management functions and / or programs. You will provide major input into the development of policy, plans, budget, and procedures to implement the efficient and effective operation of ships assigned to DSM. You will develop proposals and recommendations to resolve complex problems involving worldwide DSM ship operations and institute corrective actions as appropriate to ensure timely and effective support of the fleet's mission.
Requirements :
GS-13 : Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following :
