Job description

Job Summary : Night Merchandise Organizers are essential team members who manage stock and merchandise tasks during off-peak hours, catering to individuals who thrive in less customer-facing roles. Join us to contribute to an organized shopping environment while working independently!

Responsibilities :

  • Efficiently receive, unload, and sort products upon delivery.
  • Restock shelves with precision, ensuring items are neatly arranged and meet safety standards.
  • Conduct inventory checks, upholding quality control for audits.
  • Keep aisles, end caps, and displays clean and organized for an appealing store presentation.
  • Assist in implementing store layout changes by repositioning shelving and setting up displays.
  • Communicate any discrepancies, damages, or other issues regarding merchandise to management.

Qualifications :

  • Prior experience in stocking or a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Must possess strong physical endurance to lift heavy items and remain active throughout shifts.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
