The Consumer Staking team is responsible for helping ~7M+ customers earn interest on their crypto holdings. We build easy-to-use staking products for the Coinbase app and advanced liquid staking products for onchain users. Staking is on the cutting edge of the cryptoeconomy where new concepts & primitives are still being invented come build the future with us!

Job Duties

Own all facets of a product area from crafting the vision and strategy to executing. Sizing opportunities, analyzing market trends, and identifying the highest-impact real-world use cases for crypto payments and utility. Partnering with design, engineering, and growth to deliver seamless, frictionless staking experiences that scale globally. Developing and executing consumer growth strategies, including referral programs, social growth loops, and network effects. Proactively addressing fraud, risk, and compliance considerations while preserving an excellent user experience.

Job Requirements

3+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of shipping consumer products at a global scale. Product vision & execution : Proven ability to translate bold ideas into delightful, impactful features with measurable results. Growth mindset : Experience in consumer product growthespecially in referral programs, social engagement, or virality. User obsession : Relentless focus on creating intuitive, trustworthy, and scalable experiences.

Pay Range : $144,500$170,000 USD
