Under the direction of the Division Manager, the Assistant Project Manager Intern is responsible for the successful installation of construction projects.

Qualifications

• Education : Currently enrolled in a construction management or engineering program preferred or the knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED.
• Years of Relevant Work Experience : 1+ years of experience in a construction environment preferred.
• Certificates / Licenses : Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record.
• Physical Job Requirements : Required to sit, stand and move throughout Company facilities. Must be able to perform job responsibilities in an industrial, construction site and general outdoor environment around heavy machinery and equipment.

Project Management Career Progression

Intern → Assistant Project Manager → Project Manager → Senior Project Manager → Project Executive

This is the progression through the various levels of project management. Employees become eligible for promotion when they demonstrate consistent, reliable, and successful performance of their defined duties independently.
