Soft Skills : Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a detail-oriented and self-motivated approach. Travel : Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time. What You’ll Be Doing :
- Lead Engineering Efforts : Oversee all aspects of engineering for your assigned projects, including process, structural, and mechanical engineering.
- Project Coordination : Collaborate closely with project management and design teams to drive projects through design phases and into commissioning.
- Technical Oversight : Ensure timely completion of critical tasks, such as P&IDs, mass balances, equipment specifications, and more.
- Mentorship : Guide and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Process Improvement : Lead special initiatives to refine and enhance engineering processes and standards.
