This position provides an exceptional opportunity for a physician focused on "General Bread and Butter" Urology, making it perfect for someone seeking a fulfilling practice alongside an excellent quality of life. As we prepare for future growth, we are looking for a partner to succeed a retiring physician in the coming years. You will manage a busy outpatient clinic while performing surgeries in a well-established and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver comprehensive urological care, including outpatient consultations and surgical procedures.
• Manage a bustling clinic with current urologists treating 30-35 patients daily, with clinic hours spanning 2+ days per week.
• Perform surgeries in the operating room 2 days per week.
• Collaborate with a collegial team of healthcare professionals to foster an exceptional patient care environment.
