What you'll do
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and / or in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of the area by preparing, reviewing, and / or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained on Logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and / or supplier concerns; listen and consult with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations to resolve issues.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures; identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation.
- Foster a respectful, inclusive environment that supports a culture of belonging and enables associates to thrive and perform at their best; build strong, collaborative relationships and communicate with impact.
- Act with integrity and uphold the highest standards of ethics and compliance; model Walmart values to support a regenerative company by making a positive impact for associates, customers, members, and the world.
- Serve customers and members by delivering results while keeping the customer first and applying EDLP and EDLC business models to plans.
- Strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, and driving continuous improvements; adopt new technologies and skills and support others through change.

For information about PTO, see One.Walmart. The annual salary range for this position is $72,050.00-$108,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) and stock options.
