Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Blue Springs, MO, is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time contract position from August 13, 2025, through May 22, 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work with elementary and high school students throughout the school year, providing essential speech and language support to help students achieve their communication goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
  • Provide direct therapy to students across a range of speech and language disorders
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and school regulations

Qualifications :

  • Valid Missouri Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with K-12 student populations, specifically elementary and high school age groups
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills tailored for working in educational settings
