The Opportunity
We are hiring a Partner Marketing Director to our Partner Marketing team in New York!
As the Director of Partner Marketing for the US and Canada, you will play a pivotal role in upholding our commitment to our partners (gyms and studios) that we will Grow Stronger Together.
You will lead the successful partner positioning of Wellhub within the fitness and wellness industry in the US and Canada, raising Wellhub brand awareness amongst the fitness and wellness owner audience and becoming the go-to person for all topics related to this matter. You will also lead the US Partner Marketing squad, to develop and execute account-based marketing strategies that grow and maintain the success of our partners, with a specific focus on our most strategic partners.
This will include managing and developing our relationships with industry associations such as HFA and media relationships such as Athletec, and working hand-in-hand with our broader marketing organization to identify and leverage the best strategic opportunities across all media types to drive the Wellhub partner positioning. You will develop and implement comprehensive GTM plans for new partner and product launches, to drive success across our ecosystem. You will also lead the strategy and execution of our annual presence at industry events such as HFA, Beyond Activ and the Athletec Innovation Summit, as well as sponsoring strategic and franchise partner summits and conferences. Finally, you will represent the needs of the US market in close interaction with our Partner Network Growth Marketing team - ensuring our network growth initiatives are in line with local needs, messaging and strategies. You will report to the Global Head of Partner Marketing, and become a strategic partner to the Head of Partnerships in the US, and will develop close working relationships with industry leaders, authorities and associations. You will join the US leadership team, working closely with the leaders of other verticals of our business and the country leader.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and leading multi-channel marketing strategies, as well as exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing successful partner programs. General business acumen beyond marketing is also a key element for the position.
Your Impact
- Strategic Marketer : Develop and execute the partner marketing strategy for the US, working closely with the Global Head of Partner Marketing and US Head of Partnerships to drive network growth and partner success
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with other departments such as Product Development, MarTech, Content Marketing, Revenue Marketing Corporate Comms and Partnerships to ensure a seamless partner experience and message
- Executive Presence : Present to and collaborate appropriately with SVP Level executives and stakeholders to align strategic vision and direction
- Audience Champion : The voice of Wellhub Partners within our US organization - championing our partner value proposition and ensuring a partner-centric approach is upheld across the business
- Hands-on Involvement : Be a player-coach by actively participating in partner marketing initiatives. Roll up your sleeves and work alongside your team to identify and implement the most efficient ways to acquire, engage and retain partners in your markets
- AI Thinking : Apply AI-powered tools and analytics in developing marketing strategy and leveraging for enhanced productivity and scale, with a focus on partner engagement and growth
- Budget Management : Management of a significant budget to drive our market positioning and deliver exponential value to our strategic partners
- Team Leadership : Lead and mentor other high-performing partner marketers. Build a collaborative and results-driven culture with both the marketing and partnerships teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring top-notch marketing talent.

Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. In New York, California, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Washington, the annual base salary range for this role is $137,000 - $150,000. The base salary range for other locations may vary. Actual base salary will be dependent on geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications and / or other job-related factors. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible to participate in either our annual bonus plan or a sales incentive plan, and our performance-based stock option program.
