Overview
Joby Aviation is seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join their growing Product Support Engineering Team with a focus on developing the S4 Maintenance Program. This will include leading internal stakeholder coordination, technical analysis and problem solving. The position will be in their Marina, CA location. The role will actively work cross functionally with teams in Joby aviation including engineering, manufacturing, flight test, operations, and many more. The Senior Maintenance Engineer will support the road to entry into service for the S4 program, as it pertains to maintenance and maintainability.

Compensation at Joby is a combination of base pay and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The target base pay for this position is $135,100 - $180,200 per year salary. The compensation package will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Joby also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with a company match, an employee stock purchase plan (ESPP), short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, and more.
