This role will be based in our Morristown, NJ office. We offer a hybrid work schedule with 4 days in the office; and 1 day remote where it makes sense to do so.

Responsibilities

As a Berkley One Underwriting Trainee, you'll participate in a structured training program combining formal instruction and hands-on experience. This program builds foundational knowledge in high-net-worth personal lines, including product language, underwriting principles, risk assessment, customer relationship management, and sales proficiency.
