Overview
This National Guard Title 32 Excepted Service position is for a SURVIVOR OUTREACH SERVICES COORDINATOR (TITLE 32), Position Description Number D2019000, within the NC G1, National Guard (G1-SSS / MD 1325-920).
POSITION MAY BE SUBJECT TO WORK WEEKENDS, TRAVEL AND ON-CALL DUTIES.
Duties
As a SURVIVOR OUTREACH SERVICES COORDINATOR, GS-0301-11, you will provide support services to survivors of Soldiers who have fallen in combat as well as survivors of those who have passed while on duty. Responsibilities include :
NOTE : Duties are performed under the supervision of the state G-1 and aligned with ARNG objectives and resources.

Qualifications
Military Grades
Enlisted (E7–E9), Warrant Officer (WO1–CW4), or Officer (1LT–CPT).
Minimum Requirements : Experience, education, or training providing knowledge of organization, management, and administration; experience using computer and automation systems.
Specialized Experience
At least 24 months of program or managerial experience related to the position; experience developing / recommending policy; organizing and executing programs; evaluating and improving operations; supervisory or technical work involving analysis and policy development; experience preparing written communications and oral presentations.
Education
You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your educational claims. Education must be accredited by a recognized accrediting institution for credit toward qualifications.
