The Role : We are seeking a thorough and proactive CRM Data Quality & Management Specialist to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of our CRM data. This role is responsible for making the data not only clean and actionable, but also AI-ready. This role plays a critical part in supporting data-driven decisions across the GTM organization by implementing quality control measures, managing enrichment tools, and preparing our CRM data for advanced AI and machine learning use cases. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our Salesforce data is structured, trusted, and optimized for automation, personalization, and predictive intelligence.

To be eligible for this role, you must be based in the Bay Area (San Mateo office), Austin, TX or New York City and will be expected to go into the office on Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays.

You Will

Data Quality Strategy & Governance

  • Create and implement a data quality strategy that outlines data flow, designates system of record for key data elements, and ensures consistency across integrated platforms
  • Establish and monitor data quality metrics, with a focus on attributes critical for AI applications (e.g., industry classification, intent signals, technographics)
  • Partner with data governance and analytics teams to align on standards that promote responsible AI usage
  • Design and manage an archival process for stale or low-value data, helping to reduce noise in AI training and segmentation

Data Enrichment & Tools Management

  • Leverage data enrichment tools including HG Insights, D&B, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Lead IQ to maximize data quality
  • Regularly audit and optimize enrichment tools to improve both accuracy and downstream AI performance
  • Evaluate and implement new enrichment tools and AI powered platforms to improve data readiness for predictive modeling and other AI / machine learning initiatives
  • Define and document where key data elements live across systems like Salesforce, Snowflake, and Clari, ensuring clarity on system of record and downstream data flows
  • Work closely with teams who manage upstream data sources to align on data quality standards and ensure consistency across systems, while respecting ownership boundaries and platform responsibilities
  • Data Integrity & Maintenance

  • Maintain and update Salesforce data to ensure accuracy, especially around fields that are feeding into AI models
  • Ensure CRM records are consistently populated with key data needed for targeting, scoring, and segmentation
  • Build and manage account hierarchies that help AI tools identify relationships and optimize territory assignments
  • Implement and refine a record quality scoring system to prioritize remediation efforts for AI-sensitive data
  • Address and resolve data quality issues efficiently, collaborating with key stakeholders as needed
  • Leverage data blending solutions to unify and enhance CRM data for better downstream use
  • Continuously evaluate how process improvements and automations can affect AI performance and model outcomes
  • You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data quality management, CRM data stewardship, or a similar role
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRM and data enrichment tools
  • Deep understanding of CRM data structures and data lifecycle management
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to accuracy and scalability
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations and AI-related compliance (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, data minimization)
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar data querying tools; familiarity with data visualization / reporting platforms
  • Comfortable communicating technical data quality concepts to business stakeholders
