Job descriptionMust have at least 24 months of Intensive Care Unit experience. Travel experience is required from any number of months. Experience with Epic is required from last 2 years. Candidates must have a Vermont license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living COVID vaccination required for submission. Declinations not accepted. COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted. 12 months between Staff at Program : Cross Country Program - The University of Vermont Health Network AUTO OFFER - NO INTERVIEW : Please request an interview for one match from this facility at a time. You will not interview with the hiring manager if the facility chooses to extend an offer to you for this position. All time off requests must be submitted at application. Scheduling requests must be worked out with the manager directly upon starting the assignment. Required Skills / Experience : Must have large, teaching facility experience. Experience with post cardiac surgery, vascular, trauma-level 1, general surgery, neurosurgery.

Unit / Facility Details : Public Transportation is Not accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended. Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April.

Shift & Scheduling : Travelers must work 2 out of the 4 holidays : Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, and New Years Day. Monday to Sunday

Floating Requirements : Will float to ICU / IMCU units as needed (SICU, MICU, Miller 3, Miller 4).
