We're seeking a Director of Engineering to lead strategic initiatives across a multi-site chemical manufacturing network. This role will be pivotal in driving reliability, optimizing asset performance, and overseeing capital investments. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership acumen, and a passion for operational excellence.

Location : Hybrid role based in Knoxville, TN

Key Responsibilities

Reliability & Performance Leadership

• Establish and communicate reliability benchmarks across regional facilities.
• Analyze KPIs to identify performance gaps and implement corrective strategies.
• Maintain a strong on-site presence, partnering with maintenance and reliability teams to drive continuous improvement.
• Champion preventive maintenance programs and align with corporate reliability standards.
• Oversee reliability dashboards and reporting tools to guide data-driven decisions.
• Develop long-term asset strategies and annual maintenance budgets.
