Duties

Lead high-value aftermarket programs that directly influence revenue growth and customer retention across two critical aerospace divisions.

Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, and customer service teams to drive program success and align technical capabilities with business objectives.

Serve as the key customer liaison for aftermarket products and services, ensuring seamless support, quick issue resolution, and long-term partnership growth.

Identify emerging opportunities in both legacy and new platforms, leveraging division expertise to expand into additional global markets.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing trade and technical publications, establishing professional networks, participating in professional associations, and attending industry trade shows.
