Senior Tax Administrator CPA

A company is looking for a Senior Tax Administrator Fund Services (Remote / Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with the Lead Tax Administrator for the tax portion of annual audits and provide necessary documentation

Perform reviews of income and excise tax provisions, tax disclosures, and shareholder tax reporting for assigned funds

Prepare various tax filings and documentation, including federal and state tax filings, and work with independent auditors

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of four years of experience in mutual fund tax administration, corporate and / or partnership tax, or public accounting

Master's in Accounting or Tax, or CPA license is a plus
