Responsibilities Home Health setting delivering acute level inpatient care in patients’ homes Rotating 12-hour day shifts with options for 7 : 00am–7 : 00pm or 11 : 00am–11 : 00pm schedules Patient assignments based on individualized plans of care Use of Epic charting system, prior experience required Floating within the RN scope as needed Provide direct acute-level nursing care utilizing telehealth and care coordination within patient homes Function as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a team nursing model Mileage reimbursement is provided at the federal IRS rate Completion of orientation modules required during the first week Must comply with a natural nail policy and work in a smoke-free, drug- and tobacco-free environment No radius restrictions for local candidates, who are accepted at the same base rate All required background checks and fingerprinting must be completed and cleared prior to start Holiday coverage may be required and is not guaranteed off Time off requests must be included at time of consideration; no time off allowed during the first week Requirements Active VA or compact RN license required at time of consideration Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required Minimum 1 year of RN experience, with 3 years in critical care, acute care, or med-surg strongly preferred Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ACEN or CCNE) Epic EMR experience required Ability to provide two professional references Candidates must not have worked as a staff or traveler at the facility within the past 12 months Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-626215.
