Job description
The Eugene VA Clinic is looking to hire for a Primary Care position.
Major Duties and Responsibilities :
- Deliver direct patient care to Veterans on a full-time basis as part of a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes a nurse care manager (RN), a clinical associate (Licensed Practical Nurse or Nurse Assistant), who oversee the continuous management of patient care.
Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm, with alternative schedules available.
No weekends and no call
