Key Responsibilities :
- Manage software renewal process, ensuring purchase orders are executed in a timely manner
- Process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices through internal procurement systems
- Track and maintain inventory levels of IT assets
- Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies, budget guidelines, and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure timely and accurate purchasing activities.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and warranties.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree1+ year experience in procurement or purchasing preferredGreat communication skills both written and verbal
