Purchasing Specialist (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage software renewal process, ensuring purchase orders are executed in a timely manner
  • Process purchase orders, requisitions, and invoices through internal procurement systems
  • Track and maintain inventory levels of IT assets
  • Ensure compliance with internal purchasing policies, budget guidelines, and vendor agreements.
  • Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure timely and accurate purchasing activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and warranties.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree
  • 1+ year experience in procurement or purchasing preferred
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
