B2B Growth Strategist

A company is looking for a B2B Growth Strategist for the Duolingo English Test.

Key Responsibilities

Map and document the full agent referral funnel from lead registration to student referrals

Identify friction points and recommend changes to improve conversion rates

Propose applications of funnel infrastructure to other B2B use cases and collaborate with various teams to shape future B2B systems

Required Qualifications

Experience in Business & Strategy, Technical / Product Collaboration, and Marketing & Lifecycle

Familiarity with CRM systems and workflows

Prior product or strategy experience is advantageous

Background in startup business development or growth preferred

Interest in AI tools and a willingness to experiment with their applications
