Practice Overview
- You'll join a well-established palliative care team focused on patient-centered, community-based care
- Lead a weekly outpatient palliative care clinic every Wednesday morning
- Conduct in-home visits and develop relationships with referring partners across the county
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM scheduleNo weekend or on-call responsibilitiesDedicated time for clinic, home visits, and outreach initiativesFlexible structure supporting both clinical care and strategic program developmentCompensation & Benefits
