Accounts Receivable Analyst
A highly reputable global manufacturing company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Analyst to join their team! This role includes a large range of duties including but not limited to B2B collections, processing payments, aging reports, utilizing NetSuite ERP, Excel, and much more!
Job Description :
Promptly apply cash receipts against customer accounts for real-time account analysis.
Monitor domestic and foreign customer orders and assist supervisors with actions for customers with credit issues.
Create and manage Aging Reports to monitor balances and arrange collections proactively.
Generate monthly Accounts Receivable summary reports and sales reports to assist supervisors with trend insights.
Generate credit memos, approve them, and troubleshoot open return authorizations.
Update customers' financial profile information and document issues as they occur.
Manage the credit application process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications :
International B2B collections required
2-5 years of full cycle accounts receivable experience required
NetSuite ERP experience required
Proficient with Microsoft Office

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carteret, NJ.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
