Current California RDA license and certifications (X-ray, Coronal Polish, CPR)
Minimum 3 years of clinical dental assisting experience
Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred

The Lead Registered Dental Assistant will oversee daily clinical operations, support dentists chairside, and mentor other dental assistants to ensure smooth patient flow and excellent care.
Job Overview
Were seeking an experienced Lead Registered Dental Assistant to provide direct patient care while also taking on supervisory responsibilities. In this role, youll support dentists chairside, train and mentor junior staff, manage clinical inventory, ensure compliance with safety standards, and act as a liaison between staff and management.
